red red rose
Here's my current version of a rose. Roses are tough and always evolving for me. This is of course an open rose displaying the center which is made from a glass crystal from an antique chandelier and some colored wire wrapping. This rose is a bit bigger than the lilies, and has a nice weight to it. It can definitely hold it's own when paired with fresh flowers.

Your work is really unique! The flowers are beautiful, and I can't imagine the time that's involved in making the quilt. I enjoyed seeing your photo set-up also. Great job!
